Collaborative Planning Meetings
Work with SLT and teaching staff through collaborative planning sessions that align with school priorities, promote curriculum coherence, creativity and inclusion. These sessions embed metacognition and visible thinking strategies to support consistent, reflective teaching practices. Evidence-informed approaches are explored to foster pupil agency, deep thinking and improved outcomes.
Resource Creation
Through a metacognitive lens, resource creation allows for bespoke development of teaching materials that support curriculum goals and enhance pupil learning. These resources include lesson plans, worksheets, visual aids and assessment tools designed to engage diverse learners and promote understanding. Well-crafted resources help teachers deliver consistent, effective lessons while incorporating strategies for metacognition and inclusion.
